What is a Podcast? A podcast is a digital media file that can be played back on a computer or personal media player (such as an iPod). Podcasting is the method in which podcasts are distributed. What is an Eaglecast? An Eaglecast is a podcast made by the students in Mr. Bigley's fifth grade class. There will be several Eaglecasts over the course of the year. The purpose of these Eaglecasts is to use multimedia as a way of enriching our learning in the classroom. We are also learning how to use technology as a way to communicate in the 21st century. |
