IMMUNIZATION REQUIREMENTS

Texas laws require immunizations for all persons enrolled in public schools.  ALL IMMUNIZATIONS SHALL BE COMPLETED BY THE TIME OF ENROLLMENT.  If this is not possible, children will be allowed to enter, provided at least one immunization in the series has been initiated, and all are completed as soon as medically feasible.  A doctor's statement or health department verification regarding proof of immunizations from the following diseases is needed for all students.  Please remember that immunization requirements are updated every year and may change. Please review your child's immunizations annually to keep them up to date. (see Web site below)
