Hello, my name is Sandra Elizalde, RN or “Nurse Sandra”, as many of our students will say. I am the school nurse for the children and staff of Parkway Elementary. Parkway is a great school and I love serving the students and staff. The role of the school nurse is very complex and I hope that this web site will offer some understanding of Lewisville's Health Services and the services it offers.
